We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, with original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it fairly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
